about the show

The 2011 Fiber Art Show will be held June 4th (10-5pm) and June 5th (noon-5pm) at The 577 Foundation in Perrysburg, OH. It is presented by the Perrysburg Area Arts Council and is a showcase of innovative uses of fiber media that include (but are not limited to) art quilts, needle arts, wearable art, experimental fiber, textile collage and weaving.

In addition to a juried art exhibit, the Fiber Art Show is a two-day celebration of all things fiber related and fun for the whole family! Here are some of the highlights:

• Large selection of juried fiber art
• Live music from a variety of musicians
• Children’s Arts and Crafts activities
• Artisan Demonstrations of all kinds
• Animals such as alpacas, llamas, and angora rabbits

How to Enter

Applications for the 2011 Fiber Art Show will be available in late 2010. The entry deadline will be in April. Check back here for more information.

There are several different ways you can help participate in the Fiber Art show. Please contact the PAAC office at 419-873-2787 or perrysburgarts@bex.net if you are interested.

Become a Sponsor

We are looking for sponsors to help defray some of the costs associated with putting on a high quality event such as the Fiber Art show. We have a wide range of opportunities available.

We offer several different options for businesses or individuals who would like to advertise in the show brochure. Over 1000 brochures were printed last year.

Promote the Show

We are always looking for people to help spread the word about entering or attending our show. Do you belong to a group or guild that might be interested? Perhaps you have a fiber-related store or business? Feel free to distribute our entry forms or show brochures (printed copies or via email).

Volunteer your Time
