Entry Guidelines
Entries are no longer being accepted.
Entry fee is $15 per entrant, for up to 3 pieces. Both 2d and 3d artwork are acceptable, as long as the materials include fiber! Original work only please (no commercial kits or patterns).
For each entry (include with application form):
Color photo (5”x7” min., no slides). Please label the back of your pictures with your full name, title of piece, and dimensions.
- OR - hi-resolution jpg on CD (or email). Minimum 500x500px (larger sizes preferred). File names should include last name & first name, number. ex: Last_First1.jpg.
Please contact PAAC if you have any questions about files sizes and/or formats for your pictures. You can include more than one image for your piece, if you want to include detail shots.
You can send your digital images via email to perrysburgarts@bex.net (even if you mail your entry form). Please reference Fiber Show Entry (photos only) in the subject line and include your full name and title of your piece(s) in the body of the email. Please include a note with your mailed entry form that your digital images were sent via email.
Accepted artwork must be dropped off at The 577 Foundation (06/02/11, time TBD) or mailed to PAAC office by 05/31/11. You may also drop off your art during regular PAAC office hours (Tuesday and Thursday mornings).
Entries must be picked up at the close of the show, Sunday, June 5th at 5:00pm (unless included in a post-show exhibit). Nothing will be released prior to the conclusion of the show. Return shipping available if PREPAID only. Other pick-up arrangements if needed.
Hanging quilts must have a rod pocket attached to the back for hanging; other entries must include appropriate means of display (hangers/displays for wearables, etc.) and will be employed at the discretion of the PAAC.
PAAC will take all precautions to protect and respect all artwork but artists assume their own risks in entering this show.
Additional Notes
Sales are NOT permitted at The 577 Foundation. Artists are welcome to supply business cards and arrange for future sales as needed.
Art may be selected for inclusion in a post-show exhibit at the Angelwood Gallery in Grand Rapids, OH. Art selected for this exhibit can be offered for sale (standard commission fees will apply) and will be on display for four weeks after the Fiber Art Show. As this exhibit is optional, please indicate on your entry form if your piece is available. For more information, please contact us.

How to Enter
Entry brochures can be picked up at the PAAC office, mailed to you directly, or downloaded here. Please contact PAAC if you want brochures on-site at your business or location.
Fill out the entry form, include your images (on a CD or photo) and return with payment to:

If you prefer, you can complete your entry online by using Paypal as the method of payment.
First, click on the Pay Now button here and complete the transaction through paypal ($15 - Fiber Art Entry fee). Please ensure that your address is correct and take note of your confirmation number.
Then, email perrysburgarts@bex.net with a scanned completed entry form along with your jpg image(s).
Or, email us the information below (highlight to copy/paste into your email program). Reference Fiber Art Entry (1 of 3) as the subject. Please send separate emails for each entry and change the subject line accordingly. Include your jpg file as an attachment.
